How can I place an order from the IPACK Store?
You can place an order through the IPACK Store by following these steps: Add the selected products to the shopping cart. After selecting the products, go to the shopping cart and click on "Proceed to Checkout." When you choose to complete the order, enter the required information to finalize the purchase. Then confirm the order. After confirming the order, you will receive a message with the order number on the mobile phone and email registered with the order.
How do I determine the appropriate carton size?
In the description of each carton, you will find the dimensions in centimeters (length x width x height).
How do I use a discount coupon?
In the shopping cart, there is a field for the discount coupon. Enter the coupon code and click on "Apply Coupon." After the coupon is accepted, the discounted amount will appear in the total.
How long does it take for the order to arrive?
After payment confirmation in Jeddah and Riyadh, we will start the preparation and packaging process. Within 24 hours of receiving the order, the requested products will be delivered.
